APPOINTMENTS

You are welcome to call in to see us at any time during business hours.

However, we hope you will understand that if you call in without an appointment, there may be occasions when we cannot interrupt what we are doing for more than a few minutes or give you the undivided attention that we would wish (for example, if we are in the middle of a fitting session with a client who has pre-booked an hour of our time).

If possible, therefore, please call us first, either to book an appointment (in which case, that time slot will be reserved entirely for you) or to check that we are free.
